Here’s a Bit of Teaching for You

Education and particularly driver education changed in the last few years from Instruction or teaching to a more client centred coaching approach.  

In this article I’ve included some of the things that helped me to understand coaching and what also got my light bulbs PINGING!!

WELL NO believe it or not that may be the problem.   If I just tell you my process that will just be teaching.  Confused?  Carry on reading as I continue to teach you something for now!!

• Teaching is about the Teacher – (talking the talk to get you from A to B)
• Coaching is about the student – (walking the walk to get You from A to where You want to B)
