Pass Me Faster’s Terms And Conditions
Hi, thanks for choosing Pass Me Faster to help with your journey to becoming a happy safe driver. We look forward to meeting you soon and getting to know you. Here’s a heads up on what to expect during your time with us, please have a read through our Pass Me Faster’s Terms And Conditions.
Legality – Pass Me Faster’s Terms And Conditions
To legally learn to drive on public roads in the UK you will need to –
- Be 17 or older (16 or over if disabled)
- Hold a driving license that is valid for the U.K. (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign license)
- Be able to read a number plate from 20.5 meters away. (If you need glasses to do this you must wear them whenever you drive).
Please bring your license with you on your first driving lesson. Your instructor can’t let you drive unless they have seen your license. Our fast track booking department will also need your license information to secure your test date.
Payment
There’s a couple of ways you can pay for your driving lessons. Clients usually prefer to pay cash at the start of the lesson and if you’re taking advantage of some of our great block booking deals the instructor will give you a receipt.
If cash is inconvenient, you can bank transfer at the start of the lesson or prior via the telephone. We also take credit and debit card payments.
Each session must be paid for prior or at the start of the lesson.
Cancellations – Regular Lessons
Once a lesson has been booked you have secured a place in your driving instructors diary. If you wish to cancel your lesson please give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Your instructor has made a commitment to set aside that time for the use of their car and their skills. If you give less than 48 hours notice that time is then wasted.
We’ve found that with plenty of notice (more than 48 hours) we can refill the cancelled space.
If you fail to give 48 hours notice to cancel you will be charged 50% of the price of your booked session time. As the car is not burning any fuel and there is no additional wear and tear to the vehicle we feel it’s unfair to charge the full price.
When Your Instructor Arrives
Your driving instructor will aim to get to your pick up point usually about 5 minutes before your lesson is scheduled to start. The lesson will start at the time you scheduled whether your there or not. If you do not show the instructor will wait for 15 minutes before leaving. You would get charged 50% of the cost of your arranged session time.
Intensive Course Cancellations
An intensive course will usually have booked up at least 50% of your instructor’s diary for at least two weeks. Due to this, we would need two weeks notice if you wish to cancel any pre-booked intensive course. Failure to give two weeks notice on cancelling will result in only a 50% refund of the total cost of the course.
Remember your instructor has bills to pay too!
If We Cancel A Lesson
With the nature of the business sometimes things go wrong. For whatever reason your instructor can’t make your lesson, that you have already paid for, you will get notified beforehand and a complete lesson refund. You will also get top priority in their diary to book your next session.
Refunds
If you have paid for a block booking and are unable to continue lessons, Pass Me Faster will refund the money for any sessions you have not yet completed up to six months after payment. Pass Me Faster will not refund after six months.
Drink And Drugs Policy
To keep ourselves, our students, and other road users safe, Pass Me Faster instructors uphold a strict no drink or drug policy. If an instructor has any reason to believe you are under the influence of drink or drugs and your behavior could cause a danger to yourself or anyone around you the lesson will be canceled. If the lesson is canceled you would not get a refund for that lesson.
The terms and conditions are here to not only protect our client’s interests and, our driving school but also other road users safety. If you have any questions please call us on 07838166663 or fill in our contact form.

Intensive Driving Courses are a premium over the equivalent block booking, simply because you’re securing the services of a professional driving instructor at short notice. This also has a knock-on effect for the instructor’s regular clients and individual lessons may need to be canceled or refunded. Sometimes it’s necessary to provide compensation in addition to the refund in order to keep the goodwill and trust in our company and products
